Terms & Conditions

Basic terms for repair requests and further order processing.

This translation is provided for convenience. In case of differences, the German version applies.
The German version is the legally binding version.

1. Scope

These base terms apply to repair requests and repair orders via the website of Fixit Germany.

2. Repair Request

By submitting the repair request, the customer makes a non-binding inquiry and provides the information required for diagnosis, communication, and return shipment.

3. Diagnostic Fee

If no repair order is placed after diagnosis or the repair is declined by the customer, a diagnostic fee of 25.00 EUR may apply unless the current settings or an individual agreement state otherwise.

4. Price Approval Before Repair Starts

No paid repair starts without prior price approval from the customer. After inspecting the device, the customer receives a price or approval request and can approve or decline.

5. Shipping by the Customer

The customer must package the device securely for transport and pay the postage unless something else was expressly agreed. The downloadable PDF is not a DHL shipping label and does not include prepaid postage.

6. Inspection, Quote, and Decision

After receipt, the repair service inspects the device and sends the customer a price approval request or quote if needed. The customer can approve or decline the repair.

7. Return and Return Shipment

A repaired device is returned or shipped back after completion and after the payment conditions have been fulfilled. Shipping details can be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Payment

Payments can be made, where configured, especially by bank transfer or PayPal. The payment information shown in the customer area is decisive.

9. Customer Cooperation Duties

The customer is responsible for providing correct contact, address, device, and fault information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing.

10. Legal Review

These terms are a base version for launch and must be fully legally reviewed, completed, and approved before the official start.
