Repair and return
We repair your device and ship it back to you once payment is received.
Diagnostic Fee — €25
If you proceed with repair: the €25 diagnostic fee is included in the total repair price — you do not pay it separately.
If you decline repair after diagnosis: the €25 diagnostic fee is charged. This is non-refundable.
No repair work is carried out without your explicit price approval.
